Who we are

This website is operated by Omega Trading FZC, the master franchisee of My Gym in India, P.O. Box 51858, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us").

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you provide: parent/guardian name, mobile number, email, city/centre, and your child's first name and date of birth (to place them in the right class).

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, schedule trial classes or parties, and — with your consent — send you information about My Gym. We do not sell your data.

Children's data

We collect limited information about children only from, and with the consent of, a parent or lawful guardian.

Sharing

Your enquiry may be shared with the My Gym centre you selected and with service providers who help us respond, such as WhatsApp, email and form-processing services.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, then delete it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@mygym-india.com.

We may update this policy; the latest version will always be on this page.
