What kind of site do I need for a My Gym centre?
A site of 2,500–4,000 sq ft carpet area with at least 10 ft clear ceiling, good family access and parking.
How does the My Gym franchise process work?
Register your interest, have an introductory call, complete an application and evaluation, then a site and territory review, followed by approval and a franchise agreement.
What training and support does My Gym provide?
Instructor training is delivered online and then hands-on at My Gym Ludhiana. Franchise partners also get guidance on site selection, fit-out, equipment and launch, a new curriculum every week and a weekly strategy call after opening.
Where is My Gym open in India?
The first centre is open in Ludhiana, Punjab. Indore, Mumbai and Delhi NCR are planned next. You can register your interest in opening a centre in another city.

Our flagship centre is open in Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana, running play-based fitness, gymnastics, dance and Taekwondo classes for children from 3 months to 10 years. It is also where new franchise partners train hands-on.
